    ⛔ Cases Not Covered by the Guarantee:

    • The guarantee does not cover issues resulting from DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, or any type of malicious activities

    • Issues resulting from client scripts or unsupported third-party software

    • Delays resulting from the client's development environment or incorrect configuration on their part

    • Cases where technical support is not contacted through official channels

    • Temporary outages resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance

    • Using the service in violation of the company's acceptable use policy

    • A technical support ticket must be opened immediately upon encountering the issue with complete details

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting packages.

    This guarantee includes shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and WooCommerce hosting.

    The guarantee does not include registered domains, SSL certificates, or additional services.

    The guarantee cannot be applied if terms of use are violated.

    3. Excluded Services

    Domain registration and transfer: Non-refundable after registration or transfer.

    Dedicated servers and VPS servers: Cannot be refunded after delivery and activation.

    Setup and configuration fees: Non-refundable.

    Custom services and development: Non-refundable after commencement.

    SSL certificates: Non-refundable after issuance.
