If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

"Services": Include all hosting services, servers, domains, SSL certificates, backups, protection, and other technical services provided by us.
"User" or "you": The natural or legal person who uses our services.
"Content": All data, texts, images, videos, software, and any other materials that are uploaded or stored on our services.
"Account": The user account registered with the Company to access the services.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services
- If you represent a company or organization, you must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- You must not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws
2.2 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete and updated information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person or organization is not allowed without prior approval
3. Services and Pricing
3.1 Service Description

- Cloud and dedicated server services
- SSL/TLS security certificates

3.2 Pricing and Payments
- All prices are specified in the currency announced on our website and include or exclude taxes as specified
- Payments are due in advance and must be made before service activation
- We accept payment methods specified on our website
- All payments are final and non-refundable except as set forth in the refund policy
- In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services
3.3 Renewal and Cancellation
- Services are renewed automatically unless you cancel renewal 48 hours before expiration date
- You can manage automatic renewal through the control panel
- Cancellation does not stop service immediately but prevents the next renewal
- Failure to renew service may result in permanent data loss
3.4 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time
- Price changes do not affect prepaid services
- We will send notification of price changes 30 days before implementation
- You can cancel the service if you do not agree to the new prices
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase for the following services:
- Web hosting services
- VPS services (basic plans)
- Email services
4.2 Refund Exceptions
The refund guarantee does not apply to:
- Domain name registration, renewal or transfer
- SSL/TLS certificates
- Software licenses and applications
- Custom or made-to-order services
- Setup and installation fees
- Free or trial services
- Services used for more than 30 days
- Violations of acceptable use terms
4.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the ticket system
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval
- Refunds are made using the same original payment method
- We may request additional information for identity verification
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Lawful Use
Our services must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local and international laws.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Use of our services for any of the following activities is prohibited:
Illegal Content:

- Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination

Resource Abuse:

- Operations that affect the performance of other services
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Running game servers or torrent files (depending on service type)
5.3 Monitoring and Enforcement
- We reserve the right to monitor use of our services to ensure compliance
- We may automatically or manually scan content for violations
- We reserve the right to remove violating content without prior notice
- We may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of serious violations
6. Privacy and Data Protection

- We protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws

11. Service Termination

Upon service termination:

- Payment and indemnification obligations remain in effect after termination

12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters and severe weather events
- Wars, terrorism, and civil unrest
- Labor strikes and union actions
- Widespread power or communication outages
- Government intervention or changes in laws
- Large-scale cyber attacks
- Pandemic or public health crisis
13. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, we encourage attempting to resolve it first through:

- Providing clear details about the issue
- Allowing reasonable time to resolve the issue (at least 30 days)
13.2 Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved amicably:
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted according to recognized arbitration center rules
- The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on all parties
- Each party bears its own legal costs
13.3 Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt
- Any court disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts

14. General Provisions
