Can DNS records be configured automatically?

Yes. Automatic setup is available for domains managed by SNG and domains connected through Cloudflare. For other providers, the panel shows the exact records to add manually.

Can I move my existing email?

Yes. The control panel supports message imports through IMAP and from Google and Microsoft, helping you move existing mail into the new mailbox.

Is pricing per mailbox?

Yes. Displayed prices are per mailbox. Start with one and increase the quantity up to the selected plan's mailbox limit.

Can I add more mailbox storage?

Yes. Additional 30 GB and 50 GB storage options are available and can be managed with your email subscription.

Which subscription terms are available?

Monthly and 12-month terms can be purchased directly. The 24- and 48-month options are handled as long-term requests, with the final price confirmed before an order is created.
