Fixing Common Errors

Server errors are part of FiveM management. Learning to read and fix them will save you a lot of time.

   Step 1

   Read the Console

   The console is your friend. Look for red or yellow text. The error usually tells you the script name and line number.

   Step 2

   Syntax Error

   Means a typo in code (missing comma, open bracket). Check the file and line number mentioned in the error.

   Dependencies Issues

   If a script doesn't work, ensure you started its dependencies before it in server.cfg.

   Update Artifacts

   Some modern scripts require recent Server Artifacts. Update your base server files regularly.
