How to Add Custom Maps (MLO) in FiveM

Adding new maps and buildings (MLO) gives your server a unique feel. The process is simple but requires precise file organization.

   Prepare Map Files

   Ensure the map folder contains a 'stream' directory and an 'fxmanifest.lua' (or resource.lua) file.

   Upload Files

   Upload the entire map folder to your server's 'resources' directory. Creating a [maps] folder to group them is recommended.

   Activate

   Open 'server.cfg' and add 'ensure map_folder_name'. If you used a group folder [maps], just add 'ensure [maps]'.
