How to ensure your site stays online without interruption via timely renewal
Failure to renew your services on time can lead to site downtime and losing your domain name forever. Here's how to manage renewals easily.

Manual Early Renewal
No need to wait for the due date. You can renew any service anytime via Client Area > My Services > Manage > Renew. The new period will be added to the current one.

Enable Auto-Renewal
This is the best option for peace of mind. When enabled with a saved card, we charge and renew the service automatically before it expires to prevent downtime.
- 3Schritt 3
Grace Period
After expiration, we offer a short grace period (varies by service) to renew without data loss. However, after this period, the site may be deleted or the domain sold.
- 4Schritt 4
Domain Redemption Fee
If you are very late in renewing a domain (over 30 days), it may enter the Redemption Period, requiring a hefty fee to the Registry to recover it.
Tips to Avoid Service Loss
- Ensure your registered email with us is working and checked regularly.
- Update your payment details (Credit Card) as soon as they expire.
- Renew important domains for long periods (5-10 years) to avoid annual worry.
- Add a reminder to your phone calendar 2 weeks before the due date.
