Viewing Due Invoices
You can always view your invoices via Client Area > Invoices. You'll find a list of all invoices (Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled).

How to Read an Invoice
An invoice contains: Invoice #, Issue Date, Due Date, Service Details (e.g., Hosting Plan or Domain), and Total Amount.
HinweisNote: Invoices are usually generated 7-14 days before the renewal date to notify you.

Available Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Meeza), Apple Pay, Egyptian wallets such as Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.

Billing Cycles
You can choose to pay Monthly, Annually, or Biennially/Triennially. Annual payments usually offer significant savings (up to 2 months free).
Billing FAQs
- Is renewal automatic? Yes, if a card is saved, we charge automatically to ensure service continuity.
- What if I pay late? We offer a short grace period, but services may be suspended afterwards.
- Can I change billing cycle? Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to annual anytime to save money.
- Are prices tax-inclusive? Yes. Card payments are settled in EGP with a processing fee shown clearly before you confirm; bank transfer has no added fee.
